Price Match Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best value on your furniture purchases. If you find a lower price on an identical item from a competitor, our customer service team will gladly match it.

How to Request a Price Match

If you find a lower price elsewhere:

  • Email pricematch@zfurniture.com with the SKU and product name, along with a direct link (URL) to the item on the competitor's website.

  • Our team will review the details, and if the request meets our criteria, we will match the lower price.

Terms and Conditions

  • Applies only to brand-new, first-hand merchandise.

  • The product manufacturer, model, and specifications must be identical.

  • Price match requests are separate from any other offer or discounts.

  • The competitor’s delivery service level must be identical to ours.

  • The price match must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to deny a price match request at our discretion.
