1-800-Mattress® 15-NIGHT COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY*
In order to ensure the sleeping comfort of all our valued customers, 1-800-Mattress® is pleased to offer one comfort exchange when you purchase a mattress and boxspring set or if you purchase a mattress for use on a platform bed. The mattress and boxspring are designed to work in unison. An old foundation or boxspring will not allow you to realize the maximum comfort from your new mattress. The trial period begins the night of your delivery.
Because this is a new bed we strongly recommend that you give it at least a 14 night “breaking-in” period. During this time you must follow the care instructions on your warranty card. Remember that your bedding purchase is an investment in your comfort and health.
If after15 nights you are not completely satisfied with the sleeping comfort of the bedding you have purchased from 1-800-Mattress® we will gladly exchange the unit for you WITH A SERVICE CHARGE OF $59.00. We will exchange your bedding for bedding of equal value.
Discounts, coupons and special offers do not apply to exchanges.
All comfort exchange requests must be made within 15 nights from the original date of delivery and the exchange must be made before the end of the 25th night.
Please note: Merchandise must be clean and free of holes, tears and stains of any kind or we cannot make the exchange. No comfort exchange will be made after the 25th night. Limit one 15-night comfort trial only. 1-800-Mattress® does not offer refunds. Service charges OF $59.00 will also apply to all other exchanges including but not limited to comfort exchange, defect exchange and size exchange.
THIS COMFORT EXCHAGE OFFER IS NOT APLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Convertible Mattresses, Custom sizes, Electric Beds, Folding Cots, Futon Products, High-Risers, Air Beds, Water Beds, Foam Mattresses and Bedding Related Products (which shall include, but not be limited to Sheets, Mattress Pads, Pillows, and Comforters). Catalog orders not subject to comfort trial.
1-800-Mattress® reserves the right to charge a $150.00 non-refundable restocking fee.
1-800-Mattress® Provides:
1. Placement of new mattress and boxspring**
2. Set up of new frame ordered.
3. Removal of the old mattress and boxspring - $5.00 per piece.
4. Removal of all plastics and boxes from your new purchase.
** 1-800-Mattress® has the right in its sole discretion to refuse removal of customer's existing bedding in the event it is stained, bug infested or has any other unsanitary conditions. In such event and in 1-800-Mattress® sole discretion, the customer's being may be placed at curbside to be disposed of by the customer or a private or public waste removal company or left at the premises. 1-800-Mattress® does not assume any liability or responsibility for bedding left at curbside, within or on the premises or for any unsanitary conditions.
